Overview #
Launching an email campaign begins in the Portfolio Center. Before any emails are sent, you must select both a Client Code and a Letter Type.
- Client Code determines which accounts will be included in the campaign.
- Letter Type determines which email template will be sent.
After both selections are confirmed, the platform automatically filters eligible records, creates the campaign, sends the emails, and generates the required return file.
Important: Once the campaign is launched, the selected Client Code and Letter Type cannot be changed. Verify both selections carefully before proceeding.

- Navigate to Portfolio Center.
- Select Email Automation.
- The system will prompt you to choose:

The system automatically generates an email log containing every email address included in the campaign.
The log is available in the Email Summary tab.

The platform sends emails to all eligible recipients.
For every email sent:
- A copy of the email is stored in the email log.
- The associated collection account status is updated to Sent.
Step 8 – Campaign CSV File Generated #
After all emails have been successfully sent, the platform automatically generates a CSV file containing the complete list of emails sent.
The file is saved in the ACI Return File folder.
Step 9 – GoodSync Integration #
GoodSync runs on its scheduled process to:
- Detect the newly created return file.
- Synchronize the file.
- Deliver it to the FTP server using FileZilla.
The exported file is labeled: ACI Return File
